This Trex composite deck remodeling project in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn involved replacing an aging wood deck with a low-maintenance, high-performance Trex Company composite system. Our team removed the deteriorated deck boards from a metal frame and reinforced the structural framing to accommodate a larger 14x19 deck layout before installing new Trex Cinnamon Cove deck boards and custom cast iron modern railings. We used Trex hidden clip and the Pro Plugs system for a clean, durable finish. The upgraded outdoor space now offers improved durability, weather resistance, and long-term performance suited to New York City’s climate.
