This project features a custom 18′ × 8′ Trex composite deck finished with Trex Toasted Sand decking and a staircase designed with refined picture framing for a clean, architectural appearance. The installation includes a fully waterproofed under-deck ceiling system to protect the space below, integrated recessed lighting for enhanced functionality and evening use, and Trex Transcend railings for durability and a cohesive modern look. All work was completed under an approved NYC Department of Buildings permit and in compliance with applicable codes. Completed in Queens, NYC, the project balances long-term performance with elevated design.
