A: Yes! we are fully licensed and insured. Our NYC Home Improvement License Number: 2049861-DCA and we carry General Liability & Disability and Worker’s Compensation insurance coverage. We also have DOB tracking number to pull permits from NYCDOB.

Can I get a free estimate?

A: Yes! you can. We provide consultation, job site visit and estimate for free.

How soon can I receive the proposal?

A: Typically with in 24 – 48 hours of the initial job site visit depends on the work load.

Do you guys offer any financing options?

A: No, unfortunately we do not offer any financing options right now. However, We accept a variety of payment options, including credit cards, Zelle, checks, and cash.

Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, in most cases we ask to cover the cost of materials, we will either request the deposit for that amount, or offer you to purchase materials directly. Each of our proposal will provide details on required deposits and payment schedule.

Do you provide any warranty?

A: Yes! We do offer warranty after completion of the project. We register Trex materials with Trex manufacturer to make sure your project materials are covered.
